SLR 19-4.081: Appearance By Simultaneous Electronic Transmission 6

(1) Unless otherwise ordered by the court, in-custody arraignments shall be by simultaneous electronic transmission. (2) An in-custody defendant may appear by simultaneous electronic transmission pursuant t o UTCR 4.080 at a release, change of plea, probation violation, or a sentencing hearing if allowed by statute. ( 3) All documents necessary for a hearing shall be filed with the court by counsel at least two (2) days prior to the hearing. This includes, but is not limited to, Notice and Advice of Right to Appeal and/or Diversion Agreement.
