M edia or public access coverage is prohibited in the hallways outside of any courtroom or court office. Upon request, on a case-by-case basis, the court will consider designating an area outside of the courtrooms and prohibited court areas for media and public access coverage. Public access coverage shall not disrupt or interfere with normal court activities.
