SLR 19-4.082: In-Custody Remote Hearings 6

(1) Upon request by the state or the defense for a remote in-c ustody appearance, when the defendant is being held in federal custody, another state’s department of corrections, or another county, the requesting party shall provide the Court with the following information: (a) Point of contact at the facility where the party is being held, (b) Email address and phone number for the point of contact, (c) The State ID number for the inmate if held in DOC, (d) The process that the facility requires when scheduling the hearing.
