OAR 581-024-0235: Special Education Services

When providing special education services for component school districts, each district will work cooperatively with its component school districts to: (1) Demonstrate that it has met state and federal requirements when providing special education and related services to children with disabilities; and (2) Assist component school districts, to the extent that the district provides these services, to gather, analyze and report individualized testing data, and other information as required by the state or federal governments.
