OAR 581-024-0231: Curriculum Improvement

(1) Districts providing instructional and instructional support services shall do so, subject to available funds, and with the approval of component school district boards and the District board as provided in ORS 334.175. (2) A district’s Local Service Plan shall include services that are funded by the State School Fund; and by service contracts or agreements with component and noncomponent school districts, state and federal agencies, and other public and private agencies.
