(1) Each district board shall adopt rules, policies and procedures pursuant to ORS 334.125, and shall make such information available upon request. (2) Each district shall complete and forward promptly all reports required by state and federal governments. (3) Each district shall cause all employees responsible for funds, fees or cash collections to be covered under a district board-approved bond.
