(1) These rules (OAR 438-085-0006 to 438-085-0870) govern practice and procedure for all contested cases under the Act. (2) These rules are authorized by the Act and by ORS Chapters 656 and 183. (3) The model rules of procedure adopted by the Attorney General pursuant to ORS 183.341 shall not apply to contested cases under the Act.
