OAR 437-007-0540: Vehicle Brakes

(1) All vehicles must have brakes which are capable of stopping the vehicle while fully loaded on any grade over which they are to be operated. (2) All vehicles must have a parking brake that will hold the loaded vehicle on any grade which it is operated.
