OAR 340-240-0100 through 340-240-0250 apply in the Medford-Ashland Air Quality Maintenance Area (AQMA) and the Grants Pass Urban Growth Area (Area), except that OAR 340-240-0130, 340-240-0180, and 340-240-0190 apply only in the Medford-Ashland AQMA. NOTE: These rules are included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
