OAR 340-240-0250: Medford-Ashland Air Quality Maintenance Area and Grants Pass Urban Growth Area: Open Burning

Open burning of domestic waste is prohibited on any day or at any time when DEQ advises fire permit issuing agencies that open burning is not allowed because of adverse meteorological or air quality conditions. NOTE: These rules are included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
