SLR 21-12.025: COMPENSATION OF MEDIATOR

For issues not involved in mandatory mediation, and for financial issues, the parties may agree to mediate with the court-appointed mediator in accordance with these rules. For such matters, the parties are responsible for paying the mediator for their time. The compensation arrangement in such matters shall be between the parties and the mediator, as they may agree in writing, and the compensation rate shall be negotiated by and between the parties and the mediator.
