SLR 12-4.195: APPEARANCES IN CRIMINAL CASES IN COURTROOMS #1, #2 AND #3

All pre-trial and scheduling conferences will be held via simultaneous electronic transmission unless the defendant is in custody and is being brought to the courtroom. All contested evidentiary hearings, motions, pleas, and trials will be in person. Attorneys and parties may request relief from this rule in advance of the hearing. Attorneys and parties may appear in person at any hearing.
