TRANSMISSION The court may conduct appearances in any criminal proceeding by simultaneous electronic transmission as provided in UTCR 4.080 (1) and under law, except as prohibited by SLR 4.185 and SLR 4.195 below, if the technology in the courtroom meets the requirements of the rule.
