ORS 517.975: Distribution of completed consolidated application; notice of receipt of application.

Upon receipt of a completed consolidated application, the State Department of Geology and Mineral Industries shall: (1) Provide copies of the application to each affected local government, permitting agency, cooperating agency or federal agency. (2) Provide notice of the receipt of the consolidated application in accordance with ORS 517.959. The notice shall include information about the opportunity for submitting written comments on the application and about the public hearing conducted as required under ORS 517.977. [1991 c.735 §14]
