ORS 469.730: Declaration of purpose.

It is the purpose of ORS 469.730 to 469.745 to promote voluntary measures to conserve energy in public buildings or groups of buildings constructed prior to January 1, 1978, through the adoption of energy conservation standards. [1977 c.853 §1]
