ORS 430.230: Definitions.

As used in this section and ORS 430.231, 430.238 and 430.243: (1) “Comprehensive community supports and services” includes: (a) Community-based mental health or substance use disorder treatment programs; (b) Community restoration services as defined in ORS 161.355; (c) Evidence-based and tribal-based programs designed to reduce hospital and jail utilization by target populations; and (d) Programs aimed at diverting individuals with nonperson criminal charges experiencing mental illness or substance use disorders from the criminal justice system. (2) “County” includes a single county or a regional consortium of counties. [2019 c.563 §6; 2021 c.395 §13; 2025 c.557 §47] 430.230.
