OAR 839-017-0476: Time for Maintenance of Records

(1) Except as provided in section (2) of this rule, all records of the employment agency will be maintained for a period of three years. (2) Copies of all job advertisements with the information required by OAR 839-017-0477(6) thereon shall be maintained for a period of one year.
