OAR 837-039-0056: Exempt Jurisdiction Committee

(1) An Exempt Jurisdiction Committee should meet bi-annually to make recommendations to the State Fire Marshal on rules, policies and the program relating to their exempt status. (2) Committee members shall also review new Exempt Jurisdictions application when requested by the State Fire Marshal.
