OAR 836-080-0425: Applicability; Definitions

(1) OAR 836-080-0425 to 836-080-0440 apply to personal insurance as defined in ORS 746.600. (2) "Application" means an action by a prospective insured that, if accepted by the insurer, would establish a contract of insurance. (3) “Consumer,” “consumer reporting agency,” “credit history” and “insurance score” have the meanings given those terms in ORS 746.600.
