The purpose of OAR 836-031-0600 to 836-031-0690 is to prescribe: (1) Requirements for statements of actuarial opinion to be submitted in accordance with ORS 733.304 and for memoranda in support thereof; (2) Rules applicable to the appointment of an appointed actuary. (3) Guidance as to the meaning of “adequacy of reserves.”
