(1) OAR 836-020-0300 to 836-020-0305 are adopted by the Director of the Department of Insurance and Finance pursuant to the requirements of ORS 742.009, 743.010, and 743.013 (Section 2, Chapter 474, Oregon Laws 1989). (2) OAR 836-020-0300 to 836-020-0305 apply to solicitations of health insurance occurring on or after September 1, 1990.
