(1) Violation of any provision of OAR 836-014-0270, 836-014-0280, 836-014-0290, 836-014-0300 or 836-014-0310 is an unfair trade practice for purposes of ORS 746.240. (2) The provisions of OAR 836-014-0200 to 836-014-0330 are in addition to applicable provisions of ORS Chapter 746, governing trade practices.
