OAR 812-003-0110: Standards of Behavior

(1) A contractor shall not engage in dishonest or fraudulent conduct injurious to the welfare of the public. (2) A contractor shall cooperate fully with any investigation undertaken by the Board pursuant to ORS 701.225.
