(1) Cities and counties are strongly encouraged to coordinate when implementing OAR 660-009-0015 to 660-009-0025. (2) Jurisdictions that coordinate under this rule may: (a) Conduct a single coordinated economic opportunities analysis; and (b) Designate lands among the coordinating jurisdictions in a mutually agreed proportion.
