Policy and objectives for fish management in Holbrook Reservoir of the Klamath River Basin. (1) Policy: Holbrook Reservoir shall be managed for hatchery production of rainbow trout consistent with the Basic Yield Management Option. (2) Objectives: (a) Provide a consumptive fishery for stocked rainbow trout; (b) Protect the genetic integrity of wild redband trout in Fishhole Creek.
