OAR 581-017-3030: State Summer Learning Grant: Reporting

(1) Eligible Entities shall report in a form and manner required by the Department, the results of their Summer Learning Programming including: (a) The requirements listed in Section 1(7) of HB 2007 (2025); and (b) Other requirements determined by the Department that are necessary for program reporting and improvement. (2) Eligible Entities shall submit their reports by November 15 each year. If November 15 falls on a holiday or weekend, then Eligible Entities shall submit their reports by the next business day.
