OAR 581-015-2712: Availability of Early Intervention Services

Appropriate early intervention services are offered to eligible children as soon as possible consistent with scientifically based research, to the extent practicable, and are available to all infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families, including- (1) Indian infants and toddlers with disabilities and their families residing on a reservation geographically located in the State; and (2) Infants and toddlers with disabilities who are homeless and their families.
