OAR 438-085-0611: Withdrawal by Affected Employee, Authorized Representative, or Intervenor

(1) An affected employee, an authorized representative, or an intervenor in a contested case may withdraw as a party at any time before the Administrative Law Judge issues a final order. (2) Such a withdrawal shall be effective upon filing.
