(1) Office Space. General or individual office(s) shall be provided for business transactions, medical and financial records, and administrative and professional staff. (2) Interview Space. Interview space(s) shall be provided for private interviews relating to social service, credit, and admissions. (3) Storage. Storage for office equipment, supplies and clinical records shall be provided. (4) Lighting. Lighting intensity shall comply with Table 4. [ED. NOTE: Tables referenced are available from the agency.]
