OAR 340-240-0500 through 340-240-0630 apply in the Klamath Falls Nonattainment Area beginning January 1, 2013. Upon EPA approval of the maintenance plan and redesignation, these rules will continue to apply to the Maintenance Area. [NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.]
