OAR 340-200-0100: Conflicts of Interest: Purpose

The purpose of OAR 340-200-0100 through 340-200-0120 is to comply with the requirements of Section 128 of the FCAA regarding public interest representation by a majority of the members of the EQC and by the Director and disclosure by them of potential conflicts of interest. NOTE: This rule is included in the State of Oregon Clean Air Act Implementation Plan that EQC adopted under OAR 340-200-0040.
