OAR 333-008-2000: General Requirements for Medical Marijuana Processing Sites and Dispensaries: Definitions

For purposes of OAR 333-008-2000 to 333-008-2200: (1) "Applicant" means a person applying for a new or renewal registration for a dispensary or processing site. (2) "Registrant" means a registered dispensary or registered processing site. (3) "Registrant representative" means an owner, director, officer, PRD, PRP manager, employee, agent or other representative of a registrant to the extent that the person acts in a representative capacity. (4) "These rules" means OAR 333-008-2000 to 333-008-2200.
