(1) CRIME CATEGORY 7: Coercion shall be ranked at Crime Category 7 if the offender threatened to cause physical injury (ORS 163.275(1)(a) or (b)). (2) CRIME CATEGORY 6: Coercion shall be ranked at Crime Category 6 if it cannot be ranked at Crime Category 7. (3) DRUG-RELATED OFFENSES. (See Division 19)
