OAR 213-018-0030: Buying or Selling the Custody of a Minor (ORS 163.157)

(1) CRIME CATEGORY 8: Buying or Selling the Custody of a Minor shall be ranked at Crime Category 8 if the conduct is likely to endanger the health or welfare of the child, otherwise it shall be ranked at Crime Category 5. (2) CRIME CATEGORY 5: Buying or Selling the Custody of a Minor shall be ranked at Crime Category 5 if it cannot be ranked at Crime Category 8.
