SLR 9-13.065: Stipulations

No agreement or consent between parties or lawyers relating to the conduct of the NINTH JUDICIAL DISTRICT MALHEUR COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT arbitration proceedings, the purport of which is disputed, will be regarded by the arbitrator unless the agreement or consent is made at the arbitration hearing or is in writing and signed by the lawyers and parties.
