SLR 8-12.045: Mediators

To qualify as a court-approved mediator, a person must: (1) Meet the requirements of UTCR chapter 12; (2) Sign and submit an original application to the Baker County Counsel; and 8th Judicial District – Baker Circuit Court Revised February 1, 2026 Page 11 of 34 (3) Receive approval by the Presiding Judge.
