SLR 5-19.020: INITIATING INSTRUMENT FILING REQUIREMENTS

(1) Pursuant to SLR 2.501(1)(f) and 2.501(2)(j), a complaint in a contempt proceeding seeking remedial sanctions must be presented conventionally (in paper) and may not be electronically filed. (2) As set forth in SLR 5.061(8)(m), any Order to Show Cause requesting confinement as a sanction must be presented at the Ex Parte Matters session for a judicial decision.
