SLR 4-9.071: FILING OF ITEMIZATION OF ASSETS BY SUCCESSOR FIDUCIARY

An itemization of assets of the estate of a decedent or protected person shall be filed within 90 days of appointment as successor personal representative or conservator. The itemization of assets shall report the value of the estate’s assets as of the date of appointment of the successor personal representative or conservator, and shall be signed with the declaration language of ORCP 1E.
