SLR 4-8.141: STALKING PROTECTIVE ORDER PROCEEDINGS

(1) Petitions for stalking protective orders are filed through the Family Law Department public counter. Petitions filed by noon on judicial days are scheduled for ex parte hearing on the same judicial day as the filing on a High Volume docket. (2) All stalking set over requests or other motions must be submitted to the Family Law public counter by noon for appearance at 1:30 p.m. on the stalking docket, or be presented to Civil ex parte at 1:30 p.m. No stalking matter motion should be presented at Domestic Relations ex parte.
