SLR 4-18.022: REPRESENTATION BY COUNSEL

(1) A party involved within the scope of this Chapter may be represented by counsel at any stage of the proceeding. As a condition to appearance in the matter, counsel must file a Notice of Representation with the court. (2) Notices filed under this Section must be electronically submitted in accordance with UTCR 21.140. Other forms of filing are not permitted. (3) Attorneys representing clients for limited scope representation must file a limited scope representation with the court.
