SLR 4-16.075: PAYMENT OF FINES

(1) Any assessed in accordance with Oregon Revised Statutes and Supplemental Local Rules shall be paid in full or have entered into a payment plan within 30 days from entry of judgment or risk being sent to third party collections. (4) The Court, in its discretion and on such terms as the court may prescribe, may defer the due date for payment of any fine assessed under this Chapter. CHAPTER 17 PARKING VIOLATIONS
