SLR 4-16.025: VIOLATIONS BUREAU; CREATION AND ELIGIBLE VIOLATIONS

(1) Pursuant to ORS 153.800, the Fourth Judicial District establishes a Violations Bureau. The Violations Bureau fine schedule, as it may be amended from time to time, is incorporated by reference into these rules. (2) Out-of-state residents may be assessed a Violation Bureau fine and receive a reduced fine amount if they submit/sign a declaration as to their prior conviction history. In any case, the clerk has the discretion to refer the matter to a judge for review.
