AND REQUEST FOR TRIAL DE NOVO TIMELY FILED Where a written notice of appeal and request for a trial de novo is received by the trial court administrator within the time for filing such a notice under ORS 36.425 and if applicable, ORCP 10C, the court will send to the parties a form of order to be returned with a stipulated trial date. The expectation is that the trial will occur no later than 4 months following the filing of the appeal.
