SLR 4-13.032: SUBMISSION OF COPIES OF MOTIONS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS TO PRESIDING JUDGE

TO PRESIDING JUDGE For cases subject to arbitration, and except for motions requiring decision by the arbitrator, any motion, challenge, response or reply required or allowed by these rules, the Oregon Revised Statutes or the Uniform Trial Court Rules, must include a copy which shall be delivered to the Presiding Judge contemporaneous with the filing of such motion, challenge, response or reply. The party preparing the document is responsible for delivery of the copy to the Presiding Judge.
