SLR 3-2.015: CASE NUMBERS

In all cases which are assigned to an individual judge within the Circuit Court’s Individual Assignment System, all pleadings, motions and other documents filed must contain the name or initials of the Judge to whom the case has been assigned immediately b elow the case number in the caption of the document. When filing documents in cases which have not been assigned in the Court’s Individual Assignment System, no such addition is required or appropriate.
