SLR 3-12.105: COMPENSATION OF MEDIATOR (Financial Issues)

(1) The parties are responsible for paying the mediator for his or her time. Appropriate fee arrangements should be made with the mediator prior to the first session. (2) The court may pay for up to $480 of the mediator’s fee if one or both of the parties are indigent.
