SLR 3-12.005: MEDIATION PROGRAMS

( 1 ) Marion County SLR 12.025 through 12.095 shall apply to mediation of custody and parenting time issues in domestic relations cases under ORS 107.765. ( 2 ) Marion County SLR 12.101 through 12.105 shall apply to mediation of financial issues in domestic relations cases under ORS 107.755(4). ( 3 ) Marion County SLR 12.115 through 12.165 shall apply to mediation of civil cases as an alternative to court-annexed arbitration. ( 4 ) Marion County SLR 12.305 shall apply to mediation of small claims and FED cases.
