Subject to the court’s approval and satisfaction of the requirements of ORS 45.400, an attorney or party may appear by simultaneous electronic transmission in a civil proceeding. In advance of the proceeding, the party seeking the testimony must provide to the court the IP address and telephone number of the person. Attorneys may appear for their clients at all civil hearings except at Final Readiness Conference and Trial wherein both attorney and client(s) must appear in person. CHAPTER 6
