SLR 26-8.052: PARENT EDUCATION CLASSES REQUIRED

All individuals who are parties to a case involving child custody or parenting time, whether or not contested, must attend a court-approved parent education class, which includes a mediation orientation session, unless otherwise ordered by the court.
