SLR 26-12.045: DOMESTIC RELATIONS MEDIATORS

To qualify as a court approved domestic mediator, a person must: (1) Meet all applicable requirements for domestic relations mediators established by the Oregon Judicial Department; (2) Sign and submit to the Trial Court Administrator an original application setting forth the information required by the Oregon Judicial Department; and (3) Receive approval by the presiding judge. 26th Judicial District 10 Supplementary Local Rule Lake County Circuit Court February 1, 2026
